
Chinese Vegetable Stir-Fry
Ingredients:
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil
- 2 cloves garlic (minced)
- 1-inch ginger (grated)
- 1 cup broccoli florets
- 1/2 cup bell peppers (sliced)
- 1/2 cup carrots (thinly sliced)
- 1/2 cup mushrooms (sliced)
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp oyster sauce (optional)
- 1 tsp cornstarch (mixed with 2 tbsp water)
- Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:
1️⃣ Prepare the Sauce
- In a small bowl, mix soy sauce, oyster sauce, and cornstarch slurry. Set aside.
2️⃣ Stir-Fry the Vegetables
- Heat vegetable oil in a wok or large pan over medium-high heat.
- Add garlic and ginger, stir-fry for 30 seconds until fragrant.
- Add carrots and broccoli, stir-fry for 2 minutes.
- Add bell peppers, mushrooms, and baby corn, continue to stir-fry for another 2 minutes.
3️⃣ Combine Everything
- Pour in the sauce mixture and stir well to coat the vegetables.
- Cook for another 1-2 minutes until the sauce thickens.
4️⃣ Garnish & Serve
- Serve hot with steamed rice or noodles.
